obvious, gambling is very addicting because it can make all the people in it are addicted. even a lot of people were wrecked because of gambling.

very hard to break a habit so if it has become a habit, it is going to be quite hard. u need to find another hobby or entertainment to keep u away,.

yes it is difficult to stop when it has become a habit and severe addiction because gambling.
and all depends on ourselves, those around and your family. to help quit this bad habit.

No one can help anyone quit gambling except you, if you decide to quit gambling then sure you will. even if one gets addicted bet small amount it won't hurt.

Indeed, you have to believe in yourself and you have to control yourself and keep yourself away from gambling.
If you believe in it it should be no problem, you can also ask a relative to help you with some social control.
