That's true, for this reason i think that beginning with offering some bitcoins as gifts for the women from our relatives and then explaining for them how it works, this way we can motivate them easily to use and trade with Bitcoin

There are few women in there as far as i know. To some altcoin forums there were moderators who were women to which replied to my threads, they were from job sites hired by devs but later knew about bitcoin. I've also noticed their bitcoin address on their signature. i bet they're just here waiting for the price to go up and withdraw later.

Only an open minded woman or a business woman can understand how bitcoin works and can easily embrace it most woman still find a convenient to use fiat.
