Re: Lisk ICO Scam

On March 15th I sent in 2 BTC to the Lisk ICO and my online wallet at login.lisk.io was showing that I had 31731 LISK. I check my wallet today and the balance shows as zero. I try to login to chat.lisk.io to ask about it and it says my password is incorrect (even though I have saved it in a password manager and had used it previously to login). When I try have the password reset I never get the email. I try to create a new chat login account with another email and still don't get any email from Lisk.io; even checked the spam folder.

Right now I feel like Lisk was a scam. My Lisk address is: 16504865948547734056L
and my public key is c16f78e980e90eaab387202b8a64f0b8f3338ab8b92b4493b74db2c08d25df69

I don't even see them in the block explorer tool: explore.lisk.io.

Since I can't seem to get into chat, I have no option but to post for help here. I would appreciate it if a Lisk admin could help me out with this.

Which Login do you mean? This one:
https://ico.lisk.io/users/sign_in

Or this one:
https://login.lisk.io/
?

Check the first one and see whether your coins are showing. If yes, everything is fine.

If you are refering to the second one: you have no Lisk there because it hasn't been distributed yet. It is just up to let you check whether or not your passphrases work.
And also, if you hack in any password, it will still let you in, creating a new account. So, you need to compare the shown adress with the one your passphrase is associated with to guarantee that it is correct.

And also, I think it would have been the right step to ask this question in the ANN thread, instead of throwin accusations around:
