No, I never said it is the safest method. Increasing the winning chance doesn't mean you will win easily. But its still better than hoping luck come to you every time you do gambling.

Increasing the winning chance doesnt mean making our chance become more than chance of house. It just making our chance itself to increase, like 20% become 25% or something like that. And imo your assumption is only applied in dice or black jack. In poker we against other users, not house.
