that is silly, if they are serious and have a good amount of BTC i am sure they will lock it up ,if not its simply a recipe for disaster . have't done any testing in a long time, so dont know about all the wallets . if anyone is serious about collecting BTC ,better have a good encryption and find a good wallet.

The argument is that its more likely to lose bitcoin because of a lost password than it is because of a hack. This might be true for some people, but those are usually also good a remembering passwords.

this is true, as i don't remember the password of my first core wallet, tried recovering but of no use and i left that, this is the most common mistake ,people starting out in core wallet usually have these issues.

yes this is your own mistake. We can call this as human mistakes. Sometimes the software can be hacked. But sure, it is impossible to hack your bitcoin from your wallet.

We need some clarification here, what do you mean by it is impossible to hack bitcoins from a wallet,is it kept inside Fort Knox or what Grin

. if u can access your wallets from your computer and if your computer is infected ,yes you can loose your bitcoins from your wallet and we call that a hack Cool

I think what he is saying is that it is nearly impossible to brute-force your way into someone's wallet and steal their funds, and it requires a computer to be infected with a virus before you can "easily" hack someone's wallet.
