This only applies to prepaid cards. All debit cards are issued on real people. The essence of these cards is to avoid taxation and hide funding from the state and tax authorities. Also, not everyone has the opportunity to open a full-fledged bank account in the European Union because it needs to have a residence permit or citizenship

He said the cards are from non-existing persons, so he probably generates info and then creates the scans with polish templates (very easy to get/buy). If someone sold Portuguese templates I could also generate a lot of bank accounts with debit cards from Portugal. And man, like either way, it's dangerous because why would you need an anonymous bank account if you didn't want to do shady shit with it Tongue

The only reason i need the card is for tax reasons .
