Im BOLIVARCOIN, my account was hacked, the person that has access to my account its using it to scam others.
i tried to contact Bitcointalk about it but its doing nothing about.

First thing you should do is to write something similar to your above post in trust of bolivar account.
You should also open a thread about this issue (not sure in which section maybe scam accusation) also sharing as much eveidences as you can about what you are stating is true.

Once some defalut trust users (just like Lutpin,mexxer and some others quite active in busting scammers) will be convinced you are right about this they will likely leave negative trust to bolivar account turning it unusable for scammig purposes.

Best evidence would be a signed message from an eventual bitcoin address you posted with bolivar account that you are still in control of.
