On the contract is specified they are going to translate the game in Chinese. Though I negotiated 3 territory publishing exception as Japan China and Korea.
Since those 3 are very important markets. As you mentioned China is very important and we need someone with an important knowledge of the market to maximize the impact.
So once the deal is closed with channel 4 we will have much more weight to start discussing with Chinese potential partners.

Contracts are private between companies, also SoG is not an Open Source project or a non-profit org.
