First time user of BitInstant and got the "Failed verification too often - giving up" message three days ago. Emailed about the issue numerous times and still have not got a reply. Need this resolved ASAP and below is my information:

How long does it take for bitcoin to e-mail? It's been about 12 hours since Yankee said it was processed. I haven't received an e-mail from BitInstant or Coinapult. I've checked my Spam folder and all that. This is the first time I've done bitcoin to e-mail, so I'm not sure what to expect here. Anyone else have experience with this?
