There are no hard or soft forks between I0coin 0.11.9 and 0.12.0. So miners should be able to upgrade to 0.12.0 without issues.

I'd like to update the website with links to I0coin version 0.12.0. Last chance if you want to provide any feedback on this version. So far everything I've heard implies it's a solid release.
