The price is in continuous rise. Bitcoin price is close to $500 and halving is also gonna take place which at least gives a small increase in price. So we can expect $800 this year itself.

Yes maybe I agree with you that the price will continue to rise but the increase in prices in bitcoin takes time and slowly. For this year I think is unlikely, but if it really happened will reach that number by the end of the year.
