$460 isn't low, that's right. but it's not that high either. especially when you consider that the price can go up much higher than $500 this year. if you're looking for a long term investment, then currently is the right time to jump in at todays prices. if you just look for quick bucks, then it's up to you to decide what to do as the price can go either up or down right now.

people who want to buy bitcoin $460 is high and they want to see once again the price at least at $450 but they do not know that tomorrow it will be more than that and then they will wish that why not they bought yesterday, while those who have bitcoins in their wallet they still want to see more high price and for them $460 is much less.
