I'd be glad to refund you not only the $1, but also all the fees.

I still have not received my $3.12 outstanding balance or the fees.


Look, I apologize (again) for this glitch. If you think we are purposely ruining our reputation to skim $1, thats fine. We have thousands of happy customers that know we do everything and beyond for them. This includes yourself. I didn't even look at your order information before I offered you to refund all the fees. We value every customer big or small and want to keep everyone happy.

Please PM me your desired location of the fee refund.

If you don't feel I handled this properly, thats fine. Im not sure what else you want me to do.
