Download the wallet from the OP depending on your operating system and get it synced to the most recent blocks (this can sometimes take a while so you might want to use the bootstrap, ask if you need help with that!) Once your wallet is synced just move your coins from polo to your wallet and your coins will start staking automatically once they're mature!

It's advised you encrypt your wallet to keep your coins safe. Just remember when you encrypt it you must enter your password to unlock your wallet in order to stake.
