The 5% will be distributed to all shareholders depending on how many DesertPay assets they have. If you have 50% of all DesertPay assets, you will get 50% of the 5%.

So if I get this correct you are selling 5% of your company's shares for your goal of 50 BTC. Meaning you will have 95% ownership so you are valuing your company at 1000 BTC currently?

I don't sell company's shares, i will still have full ownership on it. By investing you only get a part of the monthly net revenue, not a part of the company.
