It's most likely because everyone has term deposited their coins (which means they can't move them). That way the supply is quite small but the demand still remains high therefore the price rises

Less supply because people HOdl. The high initial percentage you get for locking your assets in a term, and also the fact that you do not get any interest on coins on an exchange. The demand on the coin has also increased, making the supply shrink.
