Hey everybody,

My name is Seth and I've recently started doing customer support for BitInstant. You may see me in this forum trying to help people out from time to time.

I'd like to add the BitInstant logo to my profile but I can't seem to at the moment. I may need to get whitelisted first. Not sure.
Hey Seth. Please let me explain my situation.

I purchased $500 worth of bitcoins from you guys via blockchain. I got the confirmation zipzap email went ahead and made the express billpayment sucessful blah blah and here we are 3 days later and I have no coins. At first my quote disappeared and you guys asked me for my BTC address. I gladly provided it and supposedly you have sent it but of course no blockchain address was added leading me to believe that no coins were sent.

I just want this resolved already. This is the biggest hassle i've encountered with bitinstant. Please fix this problem. My zipzap # = 700612906

I really hope we can put this behind us so I can keep using you guys..
