I got the confirmation zipzap email went ahead and made the express billpayment sucessful blah blah and here we are 3 days later and I have no coins. At first my quote disappeared and you guys asked me for my BTC address. I gladly provided it and supposedly you have sent it but of course no blockchain address was added leading me to believe that no coins were sent.

I just want this resolved already. This is the biggest hassle i've encountered with bitinstant. Please fix this problem. My zipzap # = 700612906

I really hope we can put this behind us so I can keep using you guys..
