The OP gave the wrong link: http://interwebs.ml/ . It seems he made an error with setting up ssl (not a very good sign).
The dice site itself is nothing special tough. If i remember correctly, it's an open source dice site you can find on github (i cannot find the link right now, but i'm 95% sure i found it on github last time i was looking for new scripts), it's backed by moneypot so the site doesn't need a big bankroll to start.

@OP: i would at least give my site some unique features, let alone edit the template to stand out to the crowd.
