They still not confirmed? I have this issue, but later they went back to confirmed again, the best thing to do is ,no transactions should make at this point. And perhaps any transactions made after the fork will loss.

Nope, they are not confirmed and I believe they will not be confirmed, as the transactions were included in the blockchain that got dismissed when the fork happened.
They don't appear in blockchain explorer either. :/

If the coins have been mined before the fork happened they will just go back respectively stay in the senders wallet and he might be able to just resend them.
I hope for you that is the case and the sender/seller is honest and will resend them.
