I asked for withdrawal on 11th May and got it instantly.

thats because they do small withdrawals but not big
+ possibly they are lettign some peoep lwithdrawal to keep it live

this site is dead to me.

My withdrawals are all been over 1BTC and have been instant.

Still waiting for answers from support, that's the bad side of it
