The site has not been externally audited. What I can say is that I'm a software engineer with experience and I've built the site with its security in mind.
Currently we're seeing around 500 sessions per day. I wouldn't judge CoinMillions by its current numbers though: I have spent literally zero efforts or $ in promotion and our current reach has been completely organic. To be honest, I didn't even create a thread on Bitcointalk: the site is basically unlaunched. The reason is that I'm a developer, not a marketer: I saw that most crypto gambling sites where unprofessional and seemingly untrustworthy, and I decided to build my own. I'm selling CoinMillions as a technology with lots of potential on the hands on a man or team with the right marketing skills.
The site requires minimal maintenance (basically attending the chat/email and making some payments manually when they have been tagged by our anti-abuse system). Coding skills are, however, desirable: both to add features and to fix the ocasional problems (e.g., if the server must be restarted). If you don't have the skill you might want to find someone who knows about Python and Amazon Web Services to help you in these situations.
The stack is specified in the blog post: It's MySQL, Python, Redis, NGINX and Tornado in the backend and a custom SPA framework built with jQuery in the frontend.

The site is currently hosted on a single VPS instance which can cost as low as ~100 USD/month, plus 20 USD/month on cloudflare, and 4 USD/month on Google apps (for the email address)
I would build a doc with the most common actions and procedures required to manage the site, transfer its ownership, and then offer email support for two weeks.
I've not tried to monetize the site: I've spent my time connecting with investors. I would give you my leads with PokerStars and Derivco in case you wanted to follow that trail
