As "Newbie" user you will earn only dust from signature campaigns. To earn any decent amount of Bitcoin you have to jump to higher rank. When you reach Full Member rank, or at least Member you can look for signature campaign opened for new participants in this thread:

What makes to gain higher rank? Do numbers of posts increase ranks? How do you rank a post? How many posts will make me reach full member rank? How long will it take? Kindly assist. Thank you in advance.
