Subpoena bitcointalk for ip addresses and then lodge a lawsuit for lost investment due to forum comments. You'll be laughed out of court... particularly if its judge judy.

Sure ion isn't paycoin as in the coin isn't the same source but many of the red flags identified with logic are being done the same here with ion.
