Well if you read the reason for neg trust, you will see that it is bullshit. I have not scammed anyone, it is just from trust abusers.

However, I would like to hear a statement from theymos about this. Am I allowed to bid or not? Also I would like to advertise for our service, will this be allowed or not?

You should PM theymos and ask. However, the negative trust on your profile seems quite accurate.
