Yeah it's bad. Waiting is 1 thing, but not replying on mails is terrible. So whatever they reply, I will stick with cigspot. They answer mails quite fast.
And hopefully will do the same when they have grown.

From what I've read dutyfree has grown too much and the just don't care about 1 customer leaving.

That's a nice way to talk to you clients. Either way I did not mail you i sent you a message a few months ago remember... So other users got the same problem probably.
And just for fact's sake, the tracking option was advertised later, not when I ordered...
