I was just trying to clear things because surely those people who registered under you have to understand how they would earn besides from completing the offers. So to simply put it, you get paid when people who registered under you completes an offer. But you do not get paid once someone registers under you.

Seems like the offers are only available to some countries. There's no offer available in my country though (the Philippines).

I checked and I do see some offers for Philippines but they pay very low and I don't think I can pay you $1 BTC for them.
