If you can sell power back to the grid at 5 cents, this is not the true picture since it doesn't account for the capital investment.

Solar incentives vary state to,state.

The projected roi for,the, array is 4 to 5 years. This is with New Jersey incentives.

Buysolar has a solar install business and did his install at a much lower price then a normal person can do,so.

It is also much bigger then a home owner install. 275 x 500 watt panels about 137000 watts peak.
I believe his price was close to 140,000 . Without NJ incentives this would never work.
I also think a homeowner would pay 40 to 50 percent more.

Say 195 to 210k.

To get back to the idea of doing some group buy of an s-9 or two I found from Kano's thread the s-9

May be forced to only mine on antpool.

If this,is the case I am not mining the s-9s in a group buy. I will self mine them. As I do not care to send hash to antpool.
