Thank you for the answer, but I had already done this, I apologize for not being more clear, my question was for after step 4 (from the link you sent). How do I send NEWB to another wallet or how can I have access to the coins in the NXT basic API. Is there a user guide somewhere? Thanks for your patience and your time.
