The rules get slightly less strict:
If a Draw has happened at 23:00h on a certain day, and you've had a Free Ticket that day, it is okay to request your tickets for the next day instead of waiting 1 more hour. This may clear some confusion with all the different time zones.
Users with Red Default Trust on level 3 are now accepted. DT2 is the new limit: if you have Red Trust on DT2, you can't join.
