This kind of package will be from July 1st presented on www.CCEDK.com website as one of the many offerings allowing start-ups to have a place to go whenever they need support in spreading the news and support in media and marketing in general, and a part of the revenue fom all of these marketing packages and offerings will be added to the ICOO profit distribution as well.

CCEDK is paying to ICOO in return for the promotion of the CCEDK site and its offerings on ICOO site itself via its many future ICO prelanches and ICO's themselves. It is one more cross promotion according to the ideas and priciples of the decentralized conglomerate.

One issue with ICOO is the management costs. If 2% operating costs/20% profit is the normal in 'greedy' wallstreet, then I don't know what to call this.
