He sold to many people, always going a bit under the lowest rate, and without escrow i think.
Looking at his history, at least he completed some early trades, maybe to look more legit and sell more.
I may be wrong, i hope so, but all around his post history doesnt look good.

lets see, but everybody got the advice to use escrow very very often..
