The President of zimbabwe Robert Mugabe is dictator, if the country is to this crisis is because of Robert Mugabe's dictatorship, imagine a country with dictatorship to access the internet and computers for everyone? give computer and internet to all is the same as giving more freedom of expression, people learn more with Internet access and have more knowledge is dangerous for countries of dictators regimes.
