Well from what i've read. Chinese citizens are afraid of devaluation of their coin so they are hurrying to buy bitcoins since the value is higher/remains higher.
What we saw before was the halving effect, now it is the chinese effect.

I mean that in the near future, maybe 1-2 years bitcoin industry will shift from the speculative stage to a stage of healthy growth.
imo the halving will affect the market after we pass "halving point"
