Islamists have not attacked any of the major sports events during the last two or three decades in the continent of Europe. They know that the security will be extremely tight. Actually they are more prone to attack the other targets such as museums and churches, as the cops will be concentrating too much on the Euro venues.

Well it was planned by someone that was taken in ukraine with a car full of explosives, detonators and firearms with 5k bullets.
