No. Let's say that the average faucet pays out 700 satoshi, which is pretty generous seeing that most faucets are probably lowering rewards as bitcoin price rises. 700 * 120 = 84,000 satoshi, which is equal to roughly 57.5 cents. I don't know about you, but working for roughly 40 minutes to an hour for 57 cents is something no one should be considering doing.
