No buddy this new account is not only for this post I mean the one you've pointed, this is a genuine account. And I don't have any personal issues with the OP but yeah a few years back I've lost my money on a scammer. And yeah you're right, asking on this kind forum for money is not the way legit charities should work and that's how he made a joke of himself over here. But bro a house in Delhi for 20BTC, really? Just kidding. And not every Indian are scammer though nowadays more more scammers are popping up in there, but still there are a myriad of good people in India.
