if he wants bitcoin the easiest way to purchase some with cash is through an atm for 8 -10% overcharge, not 35% as he currently does
whats bad is that his buyers are accomplices to his crime

No one is forcing you to buy from him, then you will not be crimes with him,but if he scam then other question.
