So those that mean that either

(1) all the remaining prize pool is being payed out to solely ideas that are going to implemented?

or

(2) from the prize pool the prices for ideas that are going to implemented is taken and the remaining is contributed to all participants?

The below indicates the second would be appropriate. Can you confirm?

So I do not want to create any pressure so - as I am very happy this contest took place. I reckon this is a truly time consuming task but also the evaluation of what ideas will be implemented was described as a fast matter - as something that would take place during or right after the contest (highlighted the quote in red) and that did not happen up to now.
