What? Like the DAO attacker holds the moral right? I'd rather a soft fork so the stolen coins are taken out of circulation than just left for the attacker to spend.

It seems 20% of the miners in the ethpool.org do not agree with that. They do not think taking 4% etherum out of circulation is a good idea.
