Just to double check. The signature campaign is only for Full members and above, right (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1514971.0)? And the ICO is for everyone?

I think it's not clear for people and for me neither...

The signature campaign is for Members to Legendary. No Newbie and Junior members.

The ICO is for everyone.
