StinkyLover, my gf says I am so very stinky because I didn't have time to take a shower for 3 months (well I finally took one yesterday). I offered her some my dick cheese and she said, "ewww". It was really bad, I could even smell myself (that is when you know it is bad when the fumes are visibly rising like the old Vics vaporrub commercials).

I would have more empathy for the Ethereum folks had they not ridiculed me when I tried to warn them before and got banned from the forum for warning them. As you know, I've since learned to back off and not pick sides (not because of the bans which I could give a fuck, but because I realized it was counter to allowing the free will that nature requires).

So I am not picking sides here. I expect Ethereum will fork and live on, but somehow less spell binding than it was before.

Those guys had fun, had a good run, got paid high salaries, etc..

Others of us can take a stab at it too and see if we can do better.

Those guys might pop back with new projects or a renewed Ethereum.

I guess I should try to view it from your likely perspective. You were probably really thinking that Ethereum was really awesome and could really change the world. If I had thought that about Ethereum then my attitude would have been much different. I had technical reasons for not falling for that delusion.

Nevertheless I am surprised that in the end of it, I ended up enamored with a better conceptual design for a DAO which does not pool funds. So I got to admit, Ethereum bit me.

Perhaps that is no consolation to you.

I wish we didn't have to fight. Well actually I love sports competition, but for me that isn't a "fight". Argument is good when it is constructive (or destructive but worthwhile). I guess it is the nature of the game we are in. Good luck to all of you.

I am not sure if I respect the attacker. He might be a blowhard or he might be more capable than me (not that I am particularly capable at hacking or networking, because my skill is more in design). I intend to find out. No doubt he can commandeer more resources than I can.
