A Domain name is not a not valid collateral.

Domain names cannot be used as a collateral because in case of a default it would be very hard to find a buyer.

but i know that alot of people take aloan by this collateral

Please can you point me to the threads a lot of people have used to take out loans where the collateral was a domain name?
