Yes the fall in prices will occur are because maybe in the bitcoin reasonable prices will rise or fall. But in 2017 I believe the increase in bitcoin will dominate so that in that year the price will tend to rise.

I am not sure that it will happen since bitcoin is experiencing a good jump of price which is a result of halving.
