that wouldnt be enough in my opinion or the house should be really small and not comfortable or something like that so i doubt that it would be enough if the prise rose that much

i think you should definitely buy a house if the price growths that much because it would surely be really beneficial in my opinion thus you would be able to live a better quality life

A better house does not guarantee a better life, as long as you are comfortable living even a little house then you will be good, what makes you have a better life is only if you have a good business or a profitable investment that gives you a stable income.
