The reason why I like XAPO and why i don't believe it's a scam is that it funded by some of the biggest names in private equity (e.g. Fortress Investment). These guys earn millions per day and would never Support a Company that is scamming for a few Bitcoins. Just not worth the negative PR. Yes, I can assure you all that Xapo is not a scam. I am the Head of Customer Support at Xapo and due to regulatory reasons, if users have reached some limits or we did not previously ask for their information and then they reach a certain limit, then we are needing to ask for ID verification. We apologize that this was not communicated to some beforehand and also I apologize that we have a backlog in getting to some cases. However, I am willing to help anyone out and will expedite their case!

Any chance you could shed some light on the limits. Especially which countries are affected and how high are these limits?

Also something I wanna know this summer I want to use the xapo debitcard that I have unused in my pocket. But so far didn't need to use it so what happens when I start using it this summer. I really hope that I don't get blocked at the moment when I try to use it. Maybe good idea that there is some clear and good info for all XAPO users so they don't get disappointed.
