I think block your internet is not the answer for stay away from gambling, it will make you bored and will come back into gambling. Find a new hobby is a good plan though.

Or maybe find some real life activities, like playing cricket, playing soccer and if you have no interest in these then try to watch movies and avoid gambling. Being involved in physical activities in better than uselessly blocking internet and then regretting.

I agree, physical activities will give you a healthy lifestyle and you can easily forget your problem as you will be meeting new friend to socialize with,with them you can learn other insights that would interest your to live a healthy lifestyle.

Yeah that's a good way to stay away from gambling like doing some social activities with your friends and families. It will really help you to stay away from gambling.
And once you got to enjoy those things that will really help you to forget the essence of gambling.

Or you spend your time with jesus or whatever religion you have. You will really learn a lot associating with positive people and it could help you to build a strong foundation of your life that would give you success in the future.

true, the positive activity is the best way, but if the positive activities that only give temporary effect then you have to change your mindset towards gambling with gambling or hate the way slowly forget about gambling.
