i think yung tinutukoy ni duterte dito ay yung mga illegal gambling sites o tayaan sa pinas na gumagamit ng Philippine Peso or other fiat as currency. i dont think may batas na sa pinas considering cryptocurrency as legal tender (kung meron man..paki correct nalang please hindi naman ako expert

) so may possibility pa ng legal loop hole regarding bitcoin gambling, hindi eto basta basta lang ma baban..unless gumawa si digong ng presidential decree so...relax lang muna tayo mga tol. Wink
