I also am not able to access my wallet till I provide them with my ID and Address proof. I submitted the documents and asked them to open my account. I just hope they let me access my account as I have 0.3 BTC in my wallet and need my funds asap.

If you want to continue using Xapo, you can submit your ID proof and get your account activated. It's only for our security and Xapo has been the best wallet for me till date. JessieXapo is the Xapo representative who will activate your account.

LOL! Due to your personal issue with Xapo, you doubt all those who support it. You're just leaving fake ratings for everyone. I did not tell anyone to give their ID proof to Jessie on this forum but they should only give her the email ID if anyone has sent a support ticket to Xapo. but you did not recognize it or maybe your brain works on forks for 25%. They simply do buisness like every company else. And if you dont unterstand how there Buisness works. This is it. They just hold your account for now reason. Ive already provides these data and my balance is still on hold.So dont introduce yourself for registratin without any verification level. This isnt really a proof of sign that every user gives the right information - How long are u using Xapo then?
