You lucky guy! You get an answer from Yobit?
1) TES wallet is Ok. Bittrex + Cryptopia + users are also using it without problems

2) Fork is when due to low number of nodes, suddenly some nodes start with a new blockchain.
That happend to Yobit.
We are all using one blockchain, and they are using another one.

3) They only need to download the last bootstrap and syncronized it.
Bootstrap is the blockchain zipped, so it's easier to download it.
In this case, the blockchain is longer than the block where the fork was created. So they will be in the correct blockchain.

I'll contact them again, and see if they answer.

Please anyway, answer them to download the bootstrap and problem solved

I have never heard of anyone getting a response from YOBIT . I have tried to contact them and opened support tickets around 15 times with no response , I've explained about bootstrap etc. there lack of response has made me avoid their site .
